I like this nice accessory... A mini audio cassette in silver, in a notebook! It is a mix between the fashion accessory, the gadget and the art work...
It has been designed by Michael Stipe (the singer of REM, who is also a visual artist) for Maison Martin Margiela.
There is only 199 pieces of it... so just for a happy few!

Mara Skujeniece Ceramics

Mara Skujeniece is a great designer living in Amsterdam. She makes collections of ceramics, interior accessories and furniture. She is also currently teaching at Design Academy Eindhoven...!

I love her work and I particularly like this serie inspired from the forms and structures of industrial yarn bobbins used in the weaving or knitting of fabrics. It is made in white porcelain.
