Mango catwalk A/W 2011 @ Centre Georges Pompidou

Lovely evening last night, Mango organised a fashion show for the launch of its new collection at the top of the famous building of the Centre Georges Pompidou!
Models had to climb the well-known escalators and walk along the tubes... What a nice place!

After we had a fantastic cocktail in the restaurant Georges. Magic moment in the terrace with many light garlands, the amazing view of Paris by night, and all the guest very well dressed! So glamorous!
For the musique Selah Sue performed, a great rising singer, and good djs!

Some friends got married last weekend! Lovely wedding, and fantastic party!
I wore my new hat from La Cerise Sur Le Chapeau, to which I added a red lace ribbon.

Concrete Ring by Hadas Shaham

I celebrated my birthday lastweek and I was lucky to be spoiled by my friends and family with many lovely gifts.
One of them was this lovely ring from Ostentatoire, the great jewelery shop I previously talked about in the north of Le Marais.
This ring was designed by Hadas Shaham from Tel-Aviv.
It is a mix of silver and concrete!!! I love the idea to join a basic and a more luxurious material. I love it!

The beautiful plate you see on the pictures comes from Terre et Montagne.

Nanashi - Parisian Bento

Nanashi - "le bento parisien", is the new spot for lunch and brunch.

The food is really good, inspired from the japanese food and its famous bento. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty.
I particularly loved the chicken spring roll and the carrot cake!

They opened 2 restaurants is Paris. One Rue Paradis in the 10th arrondissement, next to the Studio Berçot and one very recently Rue Charlot in my dear neighborhood of the 3rd arrondissement.
I tried both and I prefer the one in Rue Paradis, its more spacious, and you can enjoy great artworks from Confetti System and lovely lamps handmade with wool...
It is open every day, even on weekends with an amazing brunch menu!

Twins for peace

Twins for peace, is a great recent shoe label. I love the design of their shoes, especialy the ones for women, their choice of colors, and the lovely pictures and video they made.

Those shoes are not just simple, elegant and beautiful, the are also socially responsible. When you buy a pair of Twins you donate a pair to a child in need in a developing country.
For each collection the Twins team build a Shoe Project in association with an NGO in a different developing country.
You can buy them online here.
In Paris, you can find them in stores like Merci, Colette, Le 66 and Neige.
